Information on the processing of personal data

To all clients/suppliers
“Law on the protection of personal information” (Italian Lgs. Decree n. 196 of June 30, 2003), Art. 13 establishes the obligation to inform individuals involved on the fundamental elements of data processing, specifying them in Paragraph 1, letters A/f.
The company writing hereby duly fulfils this obligation by informing you that:

  1. Information is collected for the following purposes:
    • Carrying out obligations related to a contract to which you are a party or to fulfil, before meeting the obligations of the contract, your specific requests;
    • Fulfilment of legal obligations, regulations, and community laws;
    • Client management (clientele administration, administration of contracts, offers, orders, shipping and invoices, checking reliability and solvency);
    • Supplier management (supplier administration, administration of contracts, orders, arrivals, invoices; selections in relation to company needs);
    • Management of disputes (breach of contract, notifications, transactions, debt collection, arbitration, legal disputes).
  2. Regarding the abovementioned purposes, the processing of personal data occurs by means of:
    • paper
    • digital instruments

    so as to guarantee the party involved the security and confidentiality of the information, as well as the fulfilment of legal obligations.

  3. This information regards data:
    • Provided directly by the person involved (Art. 13, paragraph 1)
    • Provided by third parties
    • Provided by public registers, lists, deeds or documents available to the general public (Article 24, paragraph 1, letter c) within the limits and by the methods of disclosure established by the law.

    The granting of information is:

    • Obligatory according to law, regulation, and community laws;
    • Necessary in order to effectively fulfil the contractual obligations stipulated.

    Your refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for us to:

    • Fulfil the contract;
    • Effectively fulfil the contractual obligations stipulated.
  4. The abovementioned information can be communicated only to the categories of subjects indicated below:
    • Post and Telecommunications agencies or other courier companies;
    • Banks and Credit Institutes;
    • Debt collection companies;
    • Legal offices;
    • Insurance companies;
    • Professional offices and/or companies and/or enterprises or businessmen associations who provide us with specific accounting and/or fiscal services, etc.
  5. The abovementioned information, may be:
    • Published in Italy and abroad.
  6. The following may have access to this information:
    • Individuals working on our IT systems;
    • Individuals responsible for accounting and performance of services;
    • Individuals responsible for accounting and invoicing.

In fulfilment of Art. 7 of the Code, in addition to the information present in this documents, you have the right:

  • Upon specific request, to have intelligible confirmation free of charge concerning the existence or lack of your information in our database;
  • To obtain updates, corrections, or integrations of the information or block/cancel it for violation of the law or the fact that it is no longer necessary;
