DN (Diameters upon request)
PRESSURE Project pressure according to customer specifications.
TEMPERATURE -200° ÷ 550°C. Possible variations depending on terminals.

For expansion joints with structure in carbon steel -20° ÷ 350°C .
For a temperature range 50° ÷ 550°C performances (movements, working pressure, n° of cycles) must be reduced by applying the relevant coefficients (See document N205 Derating factors”).
For a temperature range higher than 550°C, please contact our Technical Department.

PRESSURE BALANCED EXPANSION JOINTS WITH FIXED FLANGES

DESCRIPTION

A thrust-eliminated axial expansion joint is designed to absorb axial and/or lateral movement by balancing the force due to the bottom thrust of the bellows through the use of tie rods that interconnect the main bellows with a secondary bellows, which is also subject to line pressure. This type of joint is installed where there is a change of direction in a section of pipeline.

UTILITY

Correction of static offsets and compensation for thermal expansion and movements. Gas and steam turbines.

CERTIFICATIONS

PED-certified in accordance with the mandatory regulation 2014/68/EU.

A type approval (TYPE APPROVAL) for marine applications can be applied if requested by the customer.
