FULLY INTERLOCKED METAL FLEXIBLE HOSE WITH INNER LINER AND JOINT

CHARACTERISTICS:
Excellent resistance to mechanical shocks, impact, crushing, abrasions, bottlenecks, excessive bending, torsional, axial, tensile and compressive loads.
The joint slightly limits flexibility, but grants the hose a stronger seal for transporting hot air, gas and exhaust fumes and an excellent seal against water and dust sprays.
The liner makes the inside of the hose very smooth, minimising pressure drops.
Thanks to its seam-folded construction, this hose can be axially extended and compressed.

MATERIALS:
Made of two grades of stainless steel
External structure in stainless steel 1.4301 EN10028-7 (AISI 304),
inner liner in 1.4404 EN EN10028-7 (AISI 316L)
Materials that can be combined on request:
External structure 1.4401 EN10028-7 (AISI 316),
inner liner 1.4404 EN EN10028-7 (AISI 316L)
Other grades of stainless steel upon request for suitable quantities.

 

CONSTRUCTION:
Winding and seam-folding of a double profiled strip with insertion of a joint in the profile.

PX.T.6100 Hose with inner liner and ceramic fibre joint
PX.T.6800 Hose with inner liner and Kevlar-reinforced fibreglass joint

USE:
Transfer by suction or low pressure of hot air, fumes, exhaust gasses, and granular substances (including very fine grained materials)
RESPECT THE DIRECTION OF FLOW SHOWN IN THE FIGURE

Exhaust systems, ventilation, drying systems, pneumatic transport, loading and unloading ships, tank trucks, silos.
