CHARACTERISTICS:
High reliability, good flexibility, resistant to corrosion and pressure, absence of permeability, resistance to torsion, good absorption of vibrations, can be used for static or dynamic connections.

 

PROFILE:


Standard pitch, double principle.

 

 

MATERIALS:
Stainless steel 1.4541 EN10028-7 (AISI 321)
On request: stainless steel 1.4404 EN10028-7 (AISI 316L)
or other grades of stainless steel

 

 

CONSTRUCTION:
Strip profiling, winding, overlapping and welding on alternating top of corrugations.

 

 

TYPES:
SX.T.9300 Hose without braid
SX.T.9350 with one braid in stainless steel 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304)
SX.T.9350E with one braid in stainless steel 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304) and internal anti-turbulence copper liner
Braids in other grades of stainless steel upon request for quantities to be agreed.

 

FITTINGS:
In any material or type by silver brazing , TIG welding
Braid ferrules available for optimal attachment of end connectors.

USE:
Delivery under pressure or vacuum of all refrigerant fluids compatible with stainless steel under severe environmental conditions, combined with aggressive chemicals, high temperature, movements, static or dynamic offsets, slight torsions, vibrations, high flow speed with type SX.T.9350E

 

 

APPLICATIONS:
Umbilical connections for portable and fixed split air conditioners (SX.M.9350E – see SPLITCON page R1); civil, industrial, and onboard railway/tram vehicle refrigeration and conditioning systems
Connections for residential and industrial gas cookers.

 

 

TEMPERATURE:
-200° ÷ 550°C
For a temperature range 50° ÷ 550°C working pressure must be reduced by applying the relevant coefficients (See document B205 Derating factors”).
